San Francisco
On Saturday, March 5, we drove to San Francisco International Airport, where Brian believed that we were picking up David. Much to his surprise, we were also picking up Kristi! It was a great present for him to have both his brother and sister here!
After showing David and Kristi Ghiradelli Square, where we met up with Oli, and Fisherman's Wharf, we drove across the Golden Gate Bridge and stopped in a park to take some photos!

Journey to Napa Valley
On our way into Napa Valley, we stopped at Trader Joe's to pick up some goodies for the drive as well as in between wineries. This included a tasty baguette, some cheddar and brie and salami....oh yes and $1.99 Charles Shaw wine too! (Extremely tasty!)
First stop...Sutter Home of course!
Turnbull Wine Cellars
Reserve tasting room at Turnbull...we tried $100 Black Label wine!
Silverado Brewing Company
After we left Silverado, where David and Brian fell in love with their Oatmeal Stout, we headed to the Folie a Deux tasting room where they sell an amazing Red Table Wine called Menage a Trois. I know the name is a little risque, but the wine is based on a blend of Zinfandel, Merlot and Cabernet.
After Folie a Deux, we headed back to Fairfield in the pouring rain, where David made us some delicious pizzas for dinner!
Monday, March 7
Around Suisun/Fairfield
Jelly Belly Factory Tour!
We tried to take the Budweiser Brewing Tour, but unfortunately, they are closed on Mondays...
We went to the Base Visitor's Center to get our passes so we could go on base...
At the Air Museum, it was closed, but we got to go on Tuesday!
New desk for Brian's cubicle!
DELICIOUS Penne a la Vodka that Kristi made!
We also had garlic bread, salad and of course the Menage a Trois Red Wine!
