Whats funny is my room mates and I had almost the exact same box table setup when we moved into that house in Jun 09... We moved out in Aug 10. Just an FYI, the hot water heater is melting / charring stuff above it... You should probably check that out and make sure that area gets adequate ventilation, the door to it is on the side of the house with the master bedroom, you have to go outside to access the door. It doesn't have a lock if I remember correctly.
